Can anyone give me advice on nutrition?
I’m trying to eat every 3-4 hours to keep my metabolism going and to not be tempted to snack. It works well until work. Yesterday I worked a 10.5hour shift with a 15min break!! By the time I finished I was starving and grumpy and binged like crazy!! I’ve tried taking smoothies or protein shakes but I don’t find they keep me going! Does anyone have any advice on what to do?
